Oversized Grommets

Does anyone know where I could find rubber grommets to line a hole that is ~2 1/4" in diameter? Ideally, I'd like to buy local.

(This thread is in "bike talk" because I want to use these grommets to clean up the edge of the holes where my frame sliders come through the fairings)
