dell laptop purchase advice

I basically am considering a gaming laptop, and I came across this xps laptop from dell. At first glance it seems like an AMAZING deal can anyone comment on the product?

You can't really go wrong with the new dells they are rated super high. But also look into a 1720. you can get it similarly loaded for about 500 less with a better screen.

Only thing is it doesnt come with the XPS features like LED lights on the outside and a free bag.

haha well i like the processor, other than that its pretty meh
i would stay away from the DELL wireless card, go with the intel one.. i have the 1505 one is bad news bears

Agree with the dell wireless card.

Remember you can buy the intel on on ebay for 19 bucks so dont pay more then that to upgeade I got the N for 23 shipped to my door versus the 70 dell wanted for the upgrade

I picked up a Dell Vostro 1500.

Not the lightest laptop in the world but VERY durable and has been very stable for me over the past 6 months.
