I am searching for a particular restaurant

The concept of the restaurant is as follows, you have a card ( or sign ) on the table green and red. When the sign is flipped onto green the server's keep bringing you food. In contrast when the sign is red they stop serving food to your table. Anyone know the name of this restaurant/restaurants and there location?
