Its actually part of the Shuto Kousoku Trail Series, this one is from part 3 if I remember correctly... I have the whole 6 DVD set (it was neat, came with a Zippo lighter with the Shuto Kousoku Trail logo etched into it)... almost every one has a cameo appearance by Tsuchiya Keiichi... not a bad series, but it gets predictable after watching the first 3...

subtitled im not sure honestly if you have the option to have it dubbed... i usually just read the subtitles on japanese movies because the dubs are TERRIBLE.

Yeah there's a level of skill involved a lot of people don't appreciate. Also really dangerous. Japan has a different culture (and acceptance) for this kind of activity here IMO.

That being said, I think a lot of people in NA are too stupid and/or irresponsible; if we had more urban lines like they do in Japan we'd also probably have lot more deaths and a shitload of anti-racer cops to deal with as a result. Maybe the reason we have such an anti-racing society is because we breed idiots :p
