Hey,
As it states.
PPWO - 5oz chicken breast (fried 1/3tbsp olive oil), 3cups spinach, low cal vinigarette<sp>, 1/2cup rolled oats, 1 med pinklady apple.
53g pro, 12g fat, 27g carbs - 464 cals.
Delicious.

I kinda made this to be a healthy food thread. But fuck it anything goes :D
Oh, well in that case, I had a Casien protein shake on the way to my final today, and a bowl of Just Right for breakfast. My daily diet usually starts out great, but shits the bed during the evening.
It was either the timmy sub or one of those Tubby Dogs wrapped in bacon, ham and Capn Crunch.

4 servings of Shredded broccoli/carrots, 6 tbsp's PC low cal spicy shezwan<sp>, 2 scoops Iso Whey, 6 large strawberries.
28g carbs, 64g pro, 9g fat - 449 cals.
My last 2 meals don't even equal one Baconator yet haha.

I just had a MASSIVE medium rare new york with a pile of potato salad and BBQ baby back ribs. Mmmmmmmm my colon hates me but saturday morning snowstorm BBQ FTW!!!!!
As soon as I can fit it in, I'm gonna eat more ribs. My goal today is too eat until I pass out since the skatepark is full of snow again....

Breakfast time ...
1/2 cup of oats with 1 tbsp of low fat PB and a litre of water. I carb up in the AM and taper them to near nil as the day rolls on.
