my question is , if its a lease why would anyone pay you $7000 and assume it? anyone can go get a brand new z4 and lease it for the same price.

The reason is you need to put down almost 15K to get the lease payment down to 500 on a lease on that car, of course this post will probably get deleted, but the the OP is probably just trying to recover some of his down.

I will not sell the car at a huge loss. If you can find a Z4 with payments this low, please buy it and stop bothering me.

If you look at the BMW website you would be lucky to get a 328i for the same monthly payments, not a $70,000 roadster.
