Where do you guys find your backgrounds?
I want some flattering photos of prominent features in our solar system, IE a UV picture of the Sun or a nice high detailed picture of the entire earth.
Any suggestions?

Press Command/Shift/4 and it gives you crosshairs. Select what you want and release the mouse button. It'll be called Picture 1 on your desktop....convert it to jpg from png in preview by saving as.

I have no idea how everyone keeps the desktop of their mac so dam organized. I have crap all over my desktop such that you cant see the background. Stacks doesn't help organize anything.... I really never got the point of it. hahaha Leopard was kind of a waste for me...all I use is spaces because I need more space to run msns and such.

The bottom menu is rocketdock with the stacks docklet: http://rocketdock.com/
and the info on the desktop is just a vista gadget: System Information / DriveInfo, with a 20% opacity

You can get a similar setup using samurize: http://www.samurize.com/modules/news/, but it's a lot more work

I think you can just search for it with the start menu, but it's under start menu -> programs -> accessories

You just need a dock program (I'm using objectDock) and you apply this theme package to it.
