Not sure what your situation is, but have you considered buying an AMA Gold membership? Probably cheaper than paying somebody for 4 hours of truck time, plus fuel...

AMA won't sign you up if the car has a pre-existing condition (not running, for example) to avoid people abusing the free tow service.
