power everything, kms doesn't matter, body and interior have to be in mint, cheap cheap!
This is for a friend, and he really needs a car, so I'm trying to help him out.

civic hatchbacks, rarely come with power anything. all mines got is power steering and brakes... nuthing else. .no ac, and no cruise.. i looked at about 6 of them, and this one had the most options.

I really need power windows, locks, mirrors, and steering. Along with a/c

The car doesn't need to have a good motor, it just needs a good condition body and interior

i wouldnt expect to get all the options for "cheap"...its gonna be hard to find all that in a civic too, damn usdm :thumbsdow

I dunno, under 10 is good for me. power steering, a/c and power windows are a must I guess. I can always get power locks done when I get an alarm right?
