Im looking into buying a new set of wheels for my mr2, my questions are:
Can i fit 18x8 or 8.5 in the front and 18 x9.5 in the back?
And what type of offset do i need?
any input will be great guys.

8.5 up front probably not
8 with a 35 offset and 9 with a 35 offset is flush front and rear.
search for the mr2 tire calculator

Well i got a widebody.... So they woulnd't fit your car too well....

If you want 18"and want to be on teh safe side.

I would go 18x7.5 +40 and 18x9 +40

It woul dbe a little tucked but still look nice.

they front will be 17x7.5 and back will be 18x9???

iv seen it done but with 16 up front and 17 in rear it all depends on the wheels, but for the most part i think it would look decent..
