when my DV dumps when i let of the gas, giving it about 60-70% throttle the DV stays open for what feels like wayyy to long. Is it possible for the DV to stick? if so then has anyone used any products from forge?

Email patty at forge and talk to him about it. Great service over there. Just explain whats happening and see if he knows what it may be..

On my 180sx, my BOV will let out a loooonnngggg whistle/blow when i lightly take my foot off the gas. Where is your BOV located, are you running a stock IC...

What happens when you let off at 100% throttle?

Yeah if it only happens as your slowly letting off the throttle than thats normal. If its at full throttle then a quick lift off, then thats not normal.

Forge and other dv use a piston and springs inside. They need to be taken apart and lubed about once a year to prevent them from sticking.

when i let off, its a standard blow off - do you have a boost gauge Ifried? - it may help narrow down what your unit is doing

its a dump valve or diverter valve, Stupid MAF, so no BOV, it runs stock max about 18-20, stock FMIC ( its huge ). Its not a 100% throttle, so it'll come down to what teggypimp95 said, ill take a look into it, if no luck ill need suggestions for a new DV
