Both sets of rubber are almost new. Alberta registered for over a year. Car is in excellent condition with only 96,XXX kms. All necessary preventative maintenance (i.e. all belts, thermostat, water pump, balanced drive shaft, new front calipers, pads and rotors, K&N pop charger intake, RPS Clutch & Flywheel, struts, etc)done. Car has been well cared for by a mature owner. I have all the receipts to prove work. Garaged for the winter. Car is ready to roll for summer with nothing needed.
