I've seen a couple post of people saying that BSN doesn't contain the products that they are claiming. I was wondering if people who've seen this can post up some links as I'm having a hard time trying to find information regarding this.

Basically BSN claims they invented something called CEM3, cretaine ethyl esther malate but the claim states they did not create such a thing and that their products don't contain it

I've never personally used any BSN products and probably never will unless they provide some pretty damn good evidence in this case

BSN NO XPLODE is good. two scoops before your workout gets you a nice pump after heavy weight lifting. and throbbing veins.

BSN is good for energy and NO, such as their explode but it has very little cretine content, your better off taken a mono-creatine product if thats what your looking for.

colt22 must take lots of BSN products!

I use BioX personally. BSN isn't bad... their Syntha6 rocks. Yes I got results but you'll notice results regardless of supplement if you're working your body properly.
