i need a favor from someone who works in a fido call centre, preferably a supervisor or something that can bend the rules...
Ther basic story is, i got info from a guy who works at one of the stores that a specific phone number had been canceled mid last month, i want to talk to someone to see if they can get me that number, the rules state 90 days before they can re-release the number, but i am getting this for my kid, getting him one of those firefly phones that can only send and receive calls that are listed in a predefined phone book programmed through your PC... so receiving calls not intended for him will not be a concern...
So basically i want to see if i can get that number either reserved for me so i can be 100% sure i'll get it, or activated before the allowable date...
