currently have $140/month insurance for my integra 93 and i am planing to buy a skyline. some people told me that my insurance will be higher than $140/month because of the RHD is this true?

You must get insurance from "Right Hand Insurance" in Japan

Yeah, they have to import the RH paperwork from overseas, so expect to pay more...

no way.... are you guys serious? i called my insurance and ask for quote and how come my insurance say that it will be no different, my insurance will stay the same. im confuse

my friend was paying almost $1000/month on his Skyline. they charge you an arm and a leg for JDM insurance if you don't live in Japan:thumbsdow

it doesnt matter if its rhd or lhd, same price. my insurance is cheaper on my 180sx than my honda accord.

and ps.
dont mention rhd on beyond because now this thread is an endless pit of stupid and lame and unhelpfull rhd jokes, comments and bullshit.

maybe you should just call your insurance company and get a quote?

true that........ just thought some of beyond member here can help me or tell me if its true or not, thats it. coz some friend of mine tells me that it will go high and some are not. so im confuse :dunno:

If you talked to the insurance company and they said it won't go up, I'm gonna take a shot in the dark and say that it won't go up :eek: brilliant concept i know.
