A person with the name of "AVAN RAD" has been calling Valentine Volvo and asking Christopher to give him a vehicle for an overnight test drive. When Chris said no, Avan got upset and insisted that Infiniti and Lexus both do it for him, so why shouldn't Valentine. He refused to provide much info, leaving only a name, and a number. The number (806-3858)belongs to a company "ABB Consulting",and when it was called no such person by the name of "Avan RAd" works there. Avan seems to want only SUV's

He also contacted me here at Lexus wanting information on the IS, I responded back to him via email but have not heard back.

It's a pretty easy name to remember so keep an eye out for him if he comes into your dealership.

We don't generally do unattended test drives unless it's under special circumstances. This is just a heads up for the other dealers out there.

lots of dealerships need to watch out, remember doing a couple un attended drives without any info, just aksed, got key , guy said dont be too late..
