Product to clean 3m

when i bought my car my whole bumper was 3m and now its getting dirty and it looks kinda yellowish as it on a white car. is thier anything u can use to clean it so it doesn't look yellow or its a sign to remove and re 3m ??? also if i do remove is thier a proper way to do it ?? or just rip it off??

use a heat gun or hairdryer to heat it up, you don't just rip it off or the yellow will turn to bare metal. after you heat it up you will slowly peel it off, applying heat as you go

Similar question, i have a 1/2 inch gouge in my 3M protection, is there any way to fix this?
