ipod vid on panasonic headunit?

Okay, well I'm having some trouble getting video from my ipod to play on my headunit, it's a Panasonic CQ-VD7005U. It has video option for the ipod but when I try to play a video, I only get sound and no visual, and the movie plays on my ipod screen... is there something I'm not doing right here?

i had the same problem with my alpine double din.. go to ur ipod settings and click video source to "out".. also most double din units with the ipod interface dont work with the newer ipods..

they make 2 different versions of ipod adapters for panasonic, did u get one that had an aditional yellow video rca? otherwise you bought the audio only version

dang., i have the one without the yellow rca..... well... time to go buy a new adapter..
