I'd like to point out that 40 man-hours and a bunch of electronics/computer knowledge is far easier than training yourself to gold star that song in real life :P

It is quite empressive to see someone play on expert at rock band. My friend plays on it on expert.. and I am wondering how he can catch up to the notes. Both the drums and guitar.

I find it easier on expert than on easy.

Especially if you know the song, simply because easy skips so many notes that you know the song should have.. forcing you to re-learn the whole song. Then working your way to expert, you have to re-learn it back the proper way again.

I play on expert. But I have a hard time gold starring easy and medium songs.

That's because you can only gold star songs in Expert (which for those that are interested, is 150% of the 5 star score).
