WTB: Cheap Laptop

I'm looking for a cheap laptop for tuning on DSM link. It needs a Serial port and working CD drive, thats pretty much it. I have an A/C adapter for it so battery life isnt all that important. Not looking to spend alot, as long as it works.
Let me know what you've got.
