i recently bought a brand new car at the dealer ship and the car has came in today. my question is how do i buy insurance without the bill of sale?i got the the vin and if i can jsut call the insurance company and do it over the phone. .

Go into the dealership and do up the ownership papers and then have the dealership fax them to the insurance company and then the insurance company will fax your insurance papers back.

i haven't gotten it home yet. it is still sitting at the dealership waiting for stuff to get done to it as i worked it into the deal

^^ well then im sure they will give you the purchase agreement before they let you drive it away

Just get the your insurance agent to talk to the sales manager at the dealership, they will give the insurance company the VIN, and they will fax the temp slip to the dealer and you pick car up everything will be taken care for you including the plate if you need one.

What kind of shitty dealer does not walk you through this???:dunno:
