We are holding an Introduction to Kettlebells Seminar this Friday at 6:30-8:00pm at the Rosemont community center (28th ave and 10th street NW).
We will cover safety, linking the body, foundation lifts (swing, clean, turkish get up, press) as well as some programing direction. This is a hands on seminar.
I will have some Kettlebells there to sample that will be available for purchase after the event.
