touching up scuff marks

What's the best way to touch up scuffs(primer intact) on the bumper?
Is there a definitive guide on how to use touch up paint?

what are the advantages/disadvantages of using spray vs. brush on paint?

use brush on paint with back side of a paper match stick, try not to let much get out of the scuff. make sure the paint is above the level of the rest of the paint if your are going to wet sand and power polish
