Selling this for a friend of mine. The car is in immaculate conditon considering that it is 22 years old. Minimal rust, small cracks on the lower left hand side rear bumper. The car has never been raced, or bagged. Dark blue, with a light blue interior - the seats and rear lights were replaced. Brake pads changed. Car has been garaged - not really winter driven (maybe once a week). Runs smooth, clutch and shifter very smooth. Great pickup for merging. Good looking car, and awsome condition. Comes with a tape deck (I can throw a CD Player in for free, you figure out what's wrong with it - doesn't play CD's). Just a fun car to drive, I drove it for a while and its great. CLEAN car.

Gets approx. 500km a tank @ 40.00 (depends on gas prices)

If I reach under the sides, frame and floorboards all still in one piece, seams intact? Full 3" exhaust? Headers?? How long has buddy had it for? Records for timing belt or any other work?

I miss my Lude, was an 86 with the dual-carb B18A and no power steering, great little cars for tossing around (~1000kg). This one would have 40hp on my old one too... tempting! Mine was all rusted out, decided not to bother with a new clutch at 365k, although I did do the timing belt twice :S

Yep, no hardcore rust at all - unlike my GTS that you see in the background. The exhaust is just a muffler welded onto an orig. pipe - so no headers.

He's had it a little over a year - and wants to sell and move on to the Mitsu he's been looking at for a while. I'm not sure about the records, but I will ask him.

I have nothing but great things to say about that car. NEVER let me down.

When I got rid of it, I went from the 86 lude to an 01 lude... just upgraded.


I sold it about 1.5 years ago... I believe. Ya, that sounds about right. Got EXACTLY what I paid for it too.

I traded it in to Stampede Toyota for my 01 lude. I played hockey with the used car sales manager.
