Softball Calgary (http://www.softballcalgary.com)

Calgary Sports and Social Club (http://www.calgarysportsclub.com/)

It depends if you want to register a team, or just sign up and play with an existing team. Most of the Softball Calgary leagues have started up, but some players might still be looking for teams. You can join CSSC on your own and they build a team of people for you.

edit: reading > me, you were asking about baseball.

Is there another season of softball starting up later on in the summer that you can still register for?

Was a bit too late in registering this year and am kicking myself in the ass now.

From their website (http://www.calgarysportsclub.com/slo-pitch/index.shtml)

Summer outdoor leagues begin the Week of July 6, 2008 and will run no later than the week of September 14, 2008. The schedule will consist of 9 weeks of play for weeknight divisions, and 8 weeks of play for Sunday leagues. Saturday leagues will also have 8 weeks of play; this can change depending on weather conditions and field closures.
