Nope.
Cathetars have a small inflateable bulb near the end so that it can be held in place in your bladder, otherwise it will slowly slide out.
Also, every cathetar i've seen has a "drainage spout" so that it can be easily drained while still attached.
Most of them also have a small branch with a cap comming off the main line, so that the main line can be flushed with salene when it's in for a long amount of time...
