FS: PS3 almost brand new + extras

Selling a almost brand new 40 gig ps3 about 4 hours of play on it, comes with box+ all manuals and wires.
Minor fingerprints and collected some dust but can be cleaned.

Extras:
An extra ps3 controller
GTA 4
Need for Speed: Prostreet
(both games played about 5 times)

Everything in here is almost brand new and has barely been touched comes with all manuals and all cases/box

Bought this for $703.45 with receipt and has a 3 year warranty( everything was bought on May 11th, 2008)

Reason for selling: Never really had time to play it since i got it about 2 weeks ago and just got a new car.

Asking Price: $675 or OBO
Delivery or pickup at a location can be arranged

Two questions for you

Why couldn't just return it if you have a receipt?
Also is the warranty transferable?

i dont know if the warranty is transferable but im thinking of returning it soon if no one takes it, but the last time i returned something i never got money but i got instore credit instead which i dont need.

You'll get money back for the PS3, but the games are opened, you won't be able to return those.
