Just got an issue with a 2001 CR-V the endlinks to the rear sways are starting to creak something awful. Honda would likely just love to get their hands on it so they could charge me for a new set of endlinks :P Just say no to the stealerships. Just wondering what type of grease I should spray behind the gaskets as they are exposed to dust/water... Should I be using a lithium based lubricant? Any thoughts are welcome :)

Funny you mention this but I had the same problem with my sway bars.
A good squirt of white lithium grease did the trick.

Time for a good lube job :) Any lithium or moly grease will work well. Don't use sprays on end links as they frequenly contain lighter petroleum stuff that can degrade rubber.
