where/how to paint brake calipers?

Go to Tunerworks and buy a Folia-Tec caliper paint kit. It's a very durable 2-part epoxy that you paint on with a brush.

or if you're in a hurry go to Canadian Tire and buy a can of black high heat spray paint like I did :D
