BC vs AB OOP inspections.

Is there any differences between Alberta and BC OOP inspections? If I get a car inspected in BC to register and drive in Alberta, am I just wasting my time and have to get it re-inspected in AB?

Yes, each province has their own unique regulations for inspection. So you'll need to recertify (pass an out-of-province inspection) each time you register in a new province.

Yeah I had to get my 2005 car from BC inspected to be insured here in AB. Pretty BS if you ask me.
