I happen to have a friend who has a very clean 240. He's a big Nissan fanatic and his is 100% stock with the exception of an aftermarket CD player. It looks the same as the day he bought it years ago. If I'm not mistaken it even has the factory Nissan rims and original spare tire.

He's pretty meticulous with his cars so it's in great shape. It's been serviced at Stadium Nissan most of it's life. It's a white 5-speed, and I believe it's a '92. If I recall correctly there might be two or three dime-sized surface rust spots on the rear of the car. Otherwise, its mint.

He has refused to sell the car several times to buyers who were more than willing to pay his asking price - he wants the car to go to the right person. He's getting quite tired of being approached by rich little snots who can't drive worth a shit, lowballers, brats who spent way too much time watching Tokyo Drift and people who anticipate on either gutting it or ricing the car out.

If you are serious about getting a clean 240 with the anticipation of keeping the car stock, I see no reason why he wouldn't sell you the car.
