command start cs-310i

i have a cs-310i command start installed on on 01 duremax the antenna thats on the winshield needs replaced also need owners manual does anyone know where i can order one from
is strugari still a member i looked in forums and he seemed to have the answers thanks for any help

why does the antenna need to be replaced? usually they operate for the life of the unit. If it is a range issue it is probably a transmitter

However if your sure you need an antenna I am sure where ever you got your system from can order a second one in.

Nah, those stupid antennas go all the time.

the antenna was broke when they replaced my windshield tried to resolder it, still works but range went down to about 20 feet
bought vehicle used and don't know where or who from the remote start was installed

I would suggest simply getting a new one put in. We replace units on used cars DAILY, because the old ones are shot or not working right. It's worth the $600 or so just to save the headaches.

I am new to the site and have a problem with my cs310i also and was wondering if anyone has a programming guide for them. I had a to replace the hood switch on it and ever since it has not worked. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could e-mail it to me. Thanks alot.
