wow....talk about hard to find out location. from what i can tell, they are either

a) right across the street from westbrook mall

or

b) downtown 15th ave and 1st st se

i'm leaning more towards a, because i don't see a downtown in the picture of the building......

lol thats because despite the building being brand new, the location is about as ghetto/sketched out as you'll find.

Have you seen where condos are being built downtown? Your idea of a ghetto location is bizarre considering all the benefits of this location.

The area is spruce cliff. It's condo is far from ghetto. If you can't afford please don't post.

Bump 1600 month to month lease. You can take advantage of the great rec room which has a swimming pool, hot tub, billards room and awesome gym.

Also just installed hardwood floors.

Well it is Ghetto sorry to say that even though the Condo prices are expensive 300-400K. Its a great location only minutes from downtown and maybe a train station in 5 years or so.

I live about 5 min away from there. There are tons of low income housing around that area and the cops drop by that area every day! Its like a mini Dover/Forest Lawn. Since, I drive past that area at least twice a day to work and back home.

Like I said if you not interested why are you posting? Yes there is low income housing there but your not really leaving amongst them. There a million dollars homes that over look the city close the low income housing do you think think they are living ghetto?
