Need advice on selling shares

A family member recently discovered a number of SunLife Financial shares in her name which appear to be valued at ~$45 per share based on the info posted on their website. I'm a noob with this and am looking for the quickest and easiest way that she can convert these to cash.

Any productive advice is welcome.

Were these shares that she discovered actual paper certificates?

No, she receives a quarterly statement from Sunlife.

Call up her Sunlife rep, maybe they'll better ideas.
If not, normally (they vary) you'll request a paper certificates and/or transfer to your own brokerage account, before you can sell [call the number (if any) in the statement for details]
