Medicine Balls

Man i just bought a 6kg ball. F- does it ever give you a good workout, if you know what your doing.

Id reccomend giving them a shot.
Who uses one?, and what weight?

I train with medicine balls, kettlebells, indianclubs all the time.
Medicine balls I have a 2,3,4,6,8 and 13 kg. I have a variety of bouncing and non-bouncing.
I as well have 2 leather ones 6 & 9lbs.
There is lots to do with Med balls and other.
