Alberta first Meadery just had it's grand opening on Friday and what a successful start. They have sold out of the Buckwheat and Ginger Mead. They still have King Arthurs Dry mead and Black Current Melomel which is fruit infused mead (honey wine)
These are sweeter than other wines and very popular in Europe.
They are $20.00/bottle get them while you can.
Art and Cherie Andrews are fantastic people, they have had Chinook Honey since 96' I believe and you can buy many honey products from the store.
