where to buy key and remote & get it programed?

i need a second set of keys with remote for my Cadillac. It's a PK3+ key. GM wants me to book and appointment and leave the car. Anywhere i can get this done aftermarket while i wait without the hassle? (and maybe at a lower price) Thanks

try a different dealer... It should take 30min tops to do this they are probably hella booked up.
