1 pound...although he was on the towel rack
He pretty much gained 16.. Because he needed 1 pound to hit 300 and he did but then he came of the towel rack and went to 315. :)

You dont gain from the towel rack.. He was weighing himself before at 299 without being on the towel rack.. He ate the playdoh OFF the towel rack then stepped on the weight thingy and was on the towel rack wich read 1 pound.. Wrong, watch the episode again, the Playdoh was 1lb
bens right. he wieghed 314lbs, but his belly was on the rack so it showed 299. He then proceded to eat a 1lb playdoh doughnut then when he was on the scale it showed 300, and 315lbs with hies belly of the rack.
