nissan skyline r33 gt spotted

saw a strange thing this morning on my way to work, a truck with a maroon r33 skyline wrapped in shrink wrap. I didn't think these would be legal to bring in yet...anyway it certainly caught my attention :) (spotted on blackfoot and ogden)

Are these actually legal here?

A very limited number are legal now, I wouldnt be surprised if it wasn't, no big deal

The build dates should be coming up to 15 years now as it was available in 1993.
