BMW Packages Help!!

Question:

What is the difference between the BMW M-Sport Package and the BMW M-Performance package?

This is for a 2004 330CI...

i have a pic of the tachtometer and it goes up to 7000RPMS... so i'm even more confused

Teh tach probably goes to 7,000 but it will be limited/red line at 6,500 or 6,700.
