Like I mean I can do it which I've done before... just I need space lol... and tools... I sold all of it when I moved.... and kinda rusty at painting if I started again. :(

I have a question... Can I buy a 15 gallon compressor from like crappy tire, and paint using that? and doesn't the PSI have to be set to 60PSI's to operate? or is it 35 PSI?

i think 15 gallon compressor is good enough.....and its for psi i think its all depends on requirements of the spray gun your going to use...

Hmmm well when I was in training for autobody... I remember the settings being 60 PSI. But I could be wrong... it really depended on A LOT of things...

15 gallon might be okay if your painting only panels of your car seperately. you'll need something bigger if your going to shoot the entire car at once. 15 gallon will have to run constantly which will cause alot heat problems which will cause problems with water condensation in your lines and then in your paint. Dont worry too much about psi you need to be looking at SCFM there are a few that HPLV guns that go as low as ~8-9 SCFM which should work with smaller compressors but you'll need too look around as most are ~12 i believe

** Im definately no expert. just a few facts as i remember them. autobody101.com is a great place to start out asking questions
