Specialty Shooting sports online is about 50% cheaper than local and is located in Langley BC.

A CP99 Compact is almost 200 in town, 71 on their site.

A PPK/S is only like 60 dollars on their site.

You won't be able to kill vermin with a pistol and less than 500fps.

Check out a CP88 Competition with the 6" barrel. Pellet is much more powerful than a bb.

I have a T4 Ops pistol i might get rid of.
.177 pellets or BB's around 450fps
Repeater gun capable of firing more than one shot without reloading. CO2 pistol, red dot sight, flashlight, quad rail & hard-sided case.
12 CO2 cartridges and around 2-300 pellets.

It's a pretty neat little air pistol. Did you grab some extra mags? The only pain with it is that you can fire rounds so fast that loading the mag becomes a bottleneck.

Get some pellet gun oil as well.

The one right above it, apparently the same gun except black and $100 more (there's probably more to it) is 360 FPS.

On a side note, is that deset eagle any good for $170? It will shoot at 425 FPS and has blowback, that sounds pretty cool. The only hand guns that I saw that shot faster were some if the really expensive ones by Weihrauch.

I also didn't realize how cheap it was to buy a 1000fps+ rifle.

I don't like killing things, but I enjoy shooting different things. I often go to the dollar store and buy a bunch of things that would be fun to shoot lol. I have a GAMO rifle now but I wouldn't mind adding a handgun to the mix.

EDIT: I have one more question. Are these guns all made by the actual manufactuers that make the real thing? Or are they replicas from third parties?

This one is rated as 345FPS.

I think the designs are outsourced to a 3rd party for production although the pistol says Walther all over it. I think the later models were made by Crosman but the quality is top notch. I am always impressed by the feel and action of the CP99 and the blowback makes it really fun to plink in the backyard.

You can let off all 18 rounds in about 1.5 sec and get about 5 clips per C02 container. It's a big upgrade from the crappy tire special Crosman 1911.

yeah thats what i almost bought at canadian tire, but it just looked to crappy, im really excited to test this out, at 345fps it should be able to get the job done for me

It's not too bad for accuracy. I can get a 10 rounds in a 3 inch group from 20ft or so but with most lower end C02 guns you are going to get some random shots going left or right and as you lose C02 the rounds will drop quicker.

I have the cheaper PPK which is 295 FPS and that is almost useless more than 10 feet away so the extra FPS is definately noticable. Buy some cheap targets to see how you are doing and try to wait a few seconds in between shots to let the gas recharge a bit.
