This is a newly rebuilt (hasn't been used since rebuild - so internals are basically brand new) Cartech RRFPR. This is the cast version designed for NA engines that have aftermarket turbo/supercharger systems on them.

Fully adjustable (ramp point, ramp rate).

what is the rise rate adjustability? I searched but didn't find any specific info

It has adjustments for the ramp start point and the ramping rate. Are you asking what the maximum ramping rate is? I don't know the #, but I'm assuming it can go quite high (probably over 12:1)
