oh now that i think of it i was rafting the bow river last year and i saw him crossing the bridge right when we were getting into the water by elbow dr bridge i believe. he was going up a hill and gave it some juice which almost made me release some juice

Camera settings were F4 / 10 with a tripod. Tweaked the levels in photoshop to balance them out a bit.
