WTB: DVD Player on a budget

Ps2 won't play discs anymore, my other DVD player has no remote and it's locked on PAL mode (no universal remotes I've tried will bring up the set-up menu)
So I am looking for a cheap, if not free DVD player that will play discs.

I think Walmart has dvd players for 30 bucks...

I got one w/ a remote lying around that plays everything. Bring $10 bucks or a 6 pack of beer and it's yours.

It's not difficult to find a DVD player for $20-$40 new.
