RV Camper power supply needs fixing - recommend shop?

I wanted to borrow my realtives Camper/RV but he tells me his power supply is not working properly.

He said it got surged and now its apparently its producing the wrong voltage and wouldn't trust using it?

Anyone know a downtown or northwest repair shop that can help diagnose and fix something like this??

What it is:
120-12V
45Amp
output 13.5-13.8Volts

All the RV places are in the NE, but if i would start phoning cause they are all going to be very busy at this time of year...
