WTB-sound deadening material

Looking to buy some of that insulation stuff that goes on the firewall and underside of hood. Anyone know where to get it in Calgary. Don't want to spend a fortune on that Dynamat stuff as I don't really think it will help much. I'd like to get that thicker stuff.

For under the hood, I wouldnt use anything cheap (eg asphalt based stuff). I bought Dynamat Hoodliner for $80 on eBay and it really did help muffle some of the engine noise.

For the firewall, you can get Resisto asphalt based roofing material at Rona for a good price. Also, I find the lowest cost and most effective sound absorber is jute carpet underlay (can get it at Totem).
