Hey folks,
Any transmission experts around? Trying to figure out a transmission problem in a pre-84 700r4.
I'm thinking valve body issue, but figured I should ask :) In drive, it wont shift into 2nd, but if you're manually shifting - it will shift... Truck had a transmission service about 500km (highway, towing) ago - however the fluid smells horridly burnt (but is nice and clean).
Any thoughts?
