Late eighties 911 Carrera - most exotic but not crazy or anything, aside from the fact that it is way to hard to drive for how NOT fast it is. If I have to work that hard I better get some reward.

just an 06 M3 and a 07 Carrera S. IMO the M3 was more fun to drive because it has a titanium exhaust and a few other goodies. hardly exotic.... :dunno:

Jag XKR, Jag XJ "Super 8", 450HP STi... Those were the most awsome!

Crazy was a 2005 Mustang GT. It was on a test drive, but it wasn't the car the was crazy, it's what i made the car do that was crazy! haha. The salesman's face was priceless!

I only drove it a couple blocks and didn't push it at all because it was work related, but the car still kicked ass.

It's a 1978 911 with the turbo-look widebody conversion and the whale tail. It's got 17 inch mille miglia turbo twists on it.

As far as the engine, there's a guy in Kelowna (backyard porsche guy) who rebuilt the engine, and converted it to fuel injection. I don't know a ton about it, but I know he upped the displacement, higher compression, head work, and put fuel injection on it. It's also got suspension work and a CF exhaust that sounds awesome.

I've driven it now and the car is very fast, would walk all over a boxter S, it might not be quite 300whp but it's gotta be close. Very fun car to drive though, those things are so quick and nimble. Lots of fun to drive around the moutain roads near K town.

Not exotic nor awesome, but craziest is my S13 last year when the welds on my clutch petal give out. I drove like 20km across the city to a buddy's place shifting with no clutch.

Don't suppose you have any pics? I'm a sucker for old 911s with builds like that. We just finished building up one that sounds very similar haha, 1975 with 9" flares, duck tail and a high compression big bore motor with electronic fuel injection. Made 240whp on a mustang dyno with 100km on the motor and the power was still climbing (didn't want to rev the fresh motor to 7.5k)

mm, couple nice ones ive driven i won't bother listing them all, favorite would probably be 2 of the GT's I have driven.

Didn't like them at all at first, most definatly grew into them. Next fav would be the GT3 or 996TT or 993 Carrera S or Vantage 6spd (hate the flappys), Cayenne TT modified was fun as hell, I dunno, theres a few :) Too bad I'll never have one :(

The SLR was one of the most fun overall street cars I have ever driven, but I think the F599 GTB is the best.. I was fortunate enough to drive one on the track recently for a few hours, and it is an incredible machine.. I think that its performance matches the SLR for all intents and purposes but its refinement is unbelievable.

In terms of the most rare, it would have to be a Koenigsegg, which was extremely rare at the time (this was probably 2002 or 2003). I guess it must have been a CC, hard to tell from the pictures I have.

The most raw, truly exotic car I've ever driven was a euro-spec F40 with a Tubi race exhaust.. beautiful machine that will never be matched IMO.

Aside from a Noble M12, a few Ariel Atoms and other curiosities, I have really only ever driven pretty common exotics. I did get to drive a Ruf 996 (not a conversion, a true Ruf) and a Formula 3000 car.

mispelled Koenigsegg

I got to drive a C6 Z06 for a few laps around a track. And vowed to make my own car go and handle like that. I didn't try anything nutty, cuz it was brand new and I was a little in awe.

Also got to drive the GTO when it first came out around a track. I enjoyed that immensely, powersliding coming out of every corner. Lotsa fun. Not an exotic, but still losta fun.

I've driven a few sweet Bentleys and Rolls Royces of verious years. One was from 1967 that was worth over 400,000 British pounds! (Didn't drive that one far, and I shit myself whenever a car passed me)
