Hey all, can someone please sure their diet/meal plan with me im looking to lose about 15 pounds of fat, i will of course be exercising regulary (running 40 mins a day) and doing some weights im looking to tone up.

What bodyfat % are you at now?

Simply put 40min/day running will eat your muscle which you so dearly need when cutting. If you're losing muscle while cutting your basal metabolism will in turn be slowed down afterwards. It's a downward spiral people have to watch out for.

If it's only 15 pounds you might be better off to actually clean bulk and fat could sort itself out.

I dont think a generic diet plan usually works, you need to see a personal trainer or a physian for good plans that is tailored to your goals/needs and that will work for you :thumbsup:
